Sarah's work with commercial organisations builds on her career experience as an organisational design expert and experienced mediator. She has led teams of up to 20 individuals in the pursuit of exceeding customer expectations. She has worked as a consultant on national Government change programmes and has significant experience in conflict management.

Sarah's research interest is in exploring resilience in the context of Leadership and in particular the factors that increase the likelihood of future success following conflict.

Sarah has a Postgraduate Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring and Certificates in Appreciative Enquiry and Transactional Analysis.
